This Advertising Agreement sets forth the terms under which UNIONS.ORG will provide advertising and promotional opportunities on the UNIONS.ORG Website. In the event of any inconsistency between the Agreement and Terms, the Terms shall take precedence. UNIONS.ORG agrees not to place advertisements on Websites that contain offensive material including sites that contain pornography, violence or messages of hate.

UNIONS.ORG agrees the method of delivery used to promote or display advertisements will not violate the privacy rights of any third party. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless UNIONS.ORG (and its respective officers, directors, employees, shareholders and agents) from and against any and all liability, claims, losses, damages, injuries or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) directly or indirectly arising from or relating to the alleged violation or infringement of any trademarks, service marks, trade address or copyrights of any third-party as a result of any materials provided to UNIONS.ORG. All sales are final.
