I work for a non-profit organization and we the staff would like to know who do we contact and what to expect in getting a union to represent us. Any information to assist us would be greatly appreciated. we are in Cleveland Ohio.

Hi charo2learn,
Who you would contact depends a lot on what you do in your employment. I recommend reviewing a few Union website and contacting some of them which you believe are best suited to represent you and your fellow coworkers in your line of work. Expect to be asked basic questions regarding your employment such as where you are employed, how many employees work in the area which is interested in organizing, how many employees work for the company, etc.
