im a laborer. all-around construction. i want to get into a union and i dont know the steps to acheive this. im thinking of changing my career to asbestos removal as well. can you give me a # or a contact in the eastern nebraska area who can help me. thank you

I have several recommendations for you based on the type of work you perform and the type of work you are interested in beginning;
I believe Laborer's International Union of North America (http://www.liuna.org/) and International Association of Heat and Frost Insulators and Asbestos Workers (http://www.insulators.org/) are two labor organizations which you'll be interested in contacting.
