I am currently in a dispute with a Native American Casino in MN. I am looking for resources to help me with my labor/commission dispute at the casino. I do have an attorney working on my behalf, but have been unable to get any attention from the tribe. They claim sovereignty. I do not currently belong to any union. I am a father of 4 that has worked at the casino for 7 years and now they are trying to not pay me for the work that I did. Any suggestions or venues that you can direct me to for assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
