Throwing out current union

Hi,

We are interested in removing our current union representation. Can anyone tell me what is the process to do so?

I enourage you and your coworkers to consult other labor organizations which may better represent you in your place of work, otherwise, you'll have no protection and become an 'at-will' employee (at the will of your Employer).
