Moving to another state, need info on joining a new union

Hi,
My husband and I live in CA and he is a member of Local 185 here in Northern California.

Were moving to Nebraska and he would like to stay in the union, can anyone give me some leads. He's currently working in the labor's union working for a company who does electrial work. He's making pretty good money 23+ an hour and premium paid benifits - can anyone tell me which union would be a good choice in Nebraksa, electrial general labors, etc.... and do you know what the wage level is?
