By the 'top' I think you're refering to the largest by membership levels.
A few which comes to mind as having a extensive membership levels are:
SEIU which has approximately 1.8 Million Members
Teamsters which has approximately 1.4 Million Members
AFSME which has approximately 1 Million 350 Thousand Members
LIUNA which has approximately 840 Thousand Members
IBEW which has approximately 722 Thousand Members
CWA which has approximately 589 Thousand Members
