honorable withdrawal
Author : busydad690 I am currently on an honorable withdrawal. I wish to work for a non union shop. This shop does industrial refrigeration, which my local union does not provide training for or even have any shops signatory in this field. Therefore, am I within my right to work for this shop?

Anyone pay attention to the SEIU merger?
