- What is ERISA?

I have been having a problem with alcohol and can not go a day with out it. If I try to stop I get the shakes real bad and can not do it on my own. I tried to go to kaiser through my insurance and they said that they did not to in house for drug rehab. I was wondering if my local union covered this program. I am in the Northern California Carpenters Union. If they cover this program would you let me know. Thanks!!
