Our office was established in 2004 and was the first to be established in Orange County, CA and one of the first offices in Southern California to provide Professional Cannabis Evaluations.  Consequently, our Physician Statements/Recommendations are recognized by the courts, law enforcement, lawyers and other healthcare professionals, who commonly refer us their patients, including Pain Management Physicians, Orthopedic Surgeons, Psychiatrists, Internal and Family Medicine Physicians, Rheumatologists, Ophthalmologists, Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Chiropractors and Naturopathic Physicians.
 
All patient encounters are governed by and in full compliance with HIPPA Policy and thus are confidential and private.  All patients are seen and evaluated by California Licensed Physicians in good standing with the State of California Medical Board.  The Physicians are highly experienced in multiple areas of medicine including Medical Cannabis and its indications and applications.  Though not lawyers, our Physicians are familiar with the laws governing Medicinal Cannabis Usage in California and write letters on patients’ behalf, at no additional costs, should they need this service for courts, lawyers, and employers.  Our Physicians are also available to answer any questions arising concerning your legal right to use Cannabis legally.  However, any time outside of the office for any medical-legal issues will require compensation at a modest rate for the Physicians time and expert witness.
 
Our professional support staff is respectful, knowledgeable and compassionate to your particular situation.  Medical records are required in order to obtain a Physician’s Statement/Recommendation, as set forth by the California Medical Board.  This ensures that Cannabis remains legal for every medical cannabis patient, by allowing those with a genuine medical need to legally use it and those who do not require it, not to have it.  Although obtaining medical records remains the patients’ responsibility, our support staff will work diligently with you and your doctors to obtain the much required medical records.
 
Our office offers verification for your Physician’s Statement/Recommendation during our normal business hours and after hour verification, both spanning 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday through Friday; and 10:00am to 8:00pm, Saturday and Sunday.  Moreover, we offer verification for Law Enforcement 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!
 
Our Professional Medical Cannabis Evaluators offer discounts to first time patients (new to our office) who are disabled and are under age 62 and receive Federal Supplemental Security Income/SSI.  We also offer discounts to transferring patients (new to our office) who have received a valid Physician’s Statement/Recommendation from another office!
