Many people say that Unions have see their day. In the 1950's the biggest growth in membership numbers took place. The country was out of World War II and the country was growing and developing. Workers were joining Labor Unions in masses.
Since the 1970's membership has declined and has continued to decline for a number of reasons. Today many Labor Unions are closing their doors or merging with larger groups. There are many reasons for this. In 2007 we hit an all time low in workers joining a Union.
The American worker needs Labor Union Representation more than ever. What do you think?
