Help....I have been working for 6 years with no allowance for OT.  I put in around 60 hours a week for 40 hours of pay.  I am in Local CJA in a Supervisory position paid by the hour......I need help......

Q: Pensions: Is the Board of Trustees of a local union (Carpenters) supposed to be made up of the contractors who hire them? Is there a way to request that an insolvent pension fund be audited?  If the members voted an early retirement, how could these few men reverse that decision without a vote?? The WA/ID/MT union members just got ripped off.... the unions will never be able to attract anyone when they can't even make their pension fund stable... (Where were the assets being invested and why was it so volatile to make it insolvent??) Just curious....

need to have a support person to attend meeting over job and intimidation, bullying by coworkers, supervisor-age 56, cannot start career over-
