CyberSoft opened its doors in 1988 as security firm for protecting UNIX servers. The flagship product, VFind was crowned by Fred Cohen as the first virus scanner capable of protecting the UNIX operating platform and its derivatives. Our early involvement in protecting the UNIX community generated high level interest in the United States military focusing CyberSoft completely on government projects. As CyberSoft worked with the Department of Defense and all of the military branches on classified projects, VFind was surrounded by a list of developed tools requested by the military to increase their control and security of high value infrastructures. Components such as UAD, CIT and CVDL became essential for military defense prompting CyberSoft to bundle its tool set in the VSTK. For the past 15 years, CyberSoft products have protected very high profile military and US government assets ranging from jets, tanks and battlefield laptops, to space stations, wind pattern analysis and mission critical financial servers.

In 2002, the integration of national security and corporate security lines started to blur. The newly created department of Homeland Security worked closely with large corporations to better protect public and private assets for the United States. CyberSoft in turn created an enterprise division to assist partners with integrating military grade security components with existing products or infrastructures. One of the first proof-of-concepts was the release of SafeInternetEmail, which demonstrated the VFind military security engine was capable of protecting mail messages from multiple threats. Having demonstrated military grade security within an enterprise product CyberSoft began the development of an OEM product for partner integration. Pattern Authority was launched in 2003 as the only single source scanning engine capable of stopping spam, virus, spyware and compliance threats.

CyberSoft is in search of partners who have IP knowledge that compliments our technology. Our goal is to empower vendors to license a solution they are in complete control of, rather than having to wait for updated signatures or not have control of the signatures their customers are receiving. Responding to emerging threats, virus, spam, spyware, compliance or unknown must decrease in the future. Having the technology in place is a key step to delivering rapid response solutions to security threats.

2. Managers login with a user name and password.
